CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT - CLEMENS ADDITION <br /> <br /> THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into by and between the CITY OF RAMSEY, <br />a municipal corporation of the State of Minnesota (the "CITY"), and VINCENT AND <br />EVELYN CLEMENS, husband and wife, whose address is 6741 137"' Ave. NW, Ramsey, <br />Minnesota, ("the DEVELOPERS"). <br /> <br />WITNESSETH: <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the DEVELOPERS are the fee owners of the following described property <br />situated in the CITY OF RAMSEY, County of Anoka, State of Minnesota, and legally <br />described as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 4, Block 4, Riverside West <br /> <br />Or upon recording: <br /> <br />Lots 1-, 2, and Outlot A; Clemens Addition, Anoka County, M/nnesota <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on April 24, 200I pursuant to Resolution 01-04-. , the CITY approved <br />the final plat of the Subject Property which plat is known as CLEMENS ADDITION (the <br />"Plat") contingent on certain requirements, including DEVELOPERS and CITY entering into <br />this contract; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Plat consists of two lots and one outlot that is a resubdivision of Lot 4, <br />Block 4, Riverside West, 2000; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, no expenditure of CITY funds, will be made until the City Code escrow <br />requirements have been fulfilled by DEVELOPERS; and <br /> <br />-120- <br /> <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br /> <br />
