The property proposed to be <br />currently has McKay Auto Sales operating from it. The develo' <br />existing lots into two new commercial lots. Lot 1 is propose~ <br />center and is 3.80 acres in size. Lot 2 is planned to be used <br />1.65 acres in size. The proposed parcels meet the <br />100-foot width, and 150-foot depth requirement <br />advised that currently, the property has three <br />access from Highway 10. The sketch plan is showing <br />be located on CSAH 57 (Sunfish Lake Boulevard) <br /> <br />Highway 10.
