With the sewer, he stated they would prefer to provide an easement but not construct it <br />to the boundary of the property until such time as the service road is actually cons~cted. <br /> <br />City Engineer Jankowski stated he would prefer to have the sewer install~;;~ig,; doing so later <br />would disrupt buanesses that are in operation.
