The City is constructing a new <br />public road, 143rd Avenue MW, and the site plan is proposing to derive two access points from 143rd <br />Avenue NW. The access into the site on the northwest comer should not be greater in width than the <br />street (40'). <br /> <br />Storm Water Management Fee: The City has enacted a storm water management fee in the amount of <br />3,741. dollars per acre, the property is approximately 19.79 acres in size and therefore will be charged <br />74,034 dollars in storm water management fees. <br /> <br />REF Number: The quarterly storm drainage utility fee has been recalculated from the information provided. <br />Impervious area, as defined in the Ordinance that establishes the storm drainage utility, requires gravel parking and <br />storage areas to be considered the same as paved surfaces. The reassigned REF number is 2.74 and the new storm <br />drainage utility fee will be $1,391.40 per quarter (2.79 x 19.79acres x $25.20). The applicant is currently paying <br />$1,310.40 per quarter. It should be noted that there will be the ability for the applicant to receive up to 25% credit <br />for the area draining to the aewly created south pond. <br /> <br />The City Council will be meeting at 7:00 p.m. on May 22, 2001 at Fire Station Number 2 (15050 <br />Armstrong Blvd.), to review your site plan.
