My <br />family and I live at 14419 Waco Street. <br /> <br />My experiences with local govemrnent include two terms of the Coon Rapids Park and <br />Recreation Commission and one term on the Anoka-Hennepin School Board. I also served on the <br />Bom'd of the Crooked Lake Area Association and on various local planning and policy groups. <br /> <br />Professionally I am currently serving as Executive Director of the Trm~sforming Schools <br />Consortium, a national K-12 education reform group. As a planning consukant I have conducted <br />strategic planning for school districts, organizations, and government agencies. Clients have <br />included: American Association of Higher Education, MIT, the National-School Boards Association, <br />and the American Association of School Administrators, the federal Department of Education, and <br />the Minnesota Departments of Children, Faro/lies, and Learning, Human Services, and Health, <br />Northern Telecom, the Fors~he Group, Augustana College, and Northwest Missouri State <br />University, and others. <br /> <br />Among professional programs I have completed are a Piti) in American Studies at the University <br />of Minnesota, the Reflective Leadership Program at the Humphrey Institute, and the Executive <br />Short Course in System Dynamics at/V[[T.
