Permanent erosion control should be used at all of the storm sewer aprons. <br />The ponding area should be dedicated as drainage and utility easement. <br /> <br />Access: The site plan indicates that the site will derive one access point from Alpine Drive. The site <br />plan should be revised to reflect the name change of 153rd Avenue to Alpine Drive. <br /> <br />Storm Water Management Fee: The City has enacted a Stormwater Management Fee and the current <br />rate is Three Thousand Seven Hundred Forty One Dollars ($3,741.00) per commercial acre. The amount <br />of Stormwater Management Fee due on the 2.08-acre parcel is seven thousand seven hundred eighty one <br />dollars ($7,781). A cash payment will be required prior to the City issuing a Building Permit. <br /> <br />REU Number: The CitY has assigned the property, a Residential Equivalent Unit (REU)'number of 6.09. <br />This equates to a quarterly drainage and utility fee of $153.47 (I .71 acres x 2.93 x $25.20). <br /> <br />The City Council will be meeting at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 26, 2001, at Fire Station #2, 15050 <br />Armstrong Blvd. NW, to review the proposed site plan.
