The applicant will also be providing 79 additional off-street <br />parking spaces within the 17 parking nodes along the private road within the development. <br />Public access will be provided from the proposed public road (Iodine Street, NW). All of the <br />townhome units will be accessed through private roads. The private roads will be at least 24 feet <br />wide with some sections 28 feet wide. The development agreement will requ!re the private <br />streets to be constructed to City street standards. The proposed landscaping deficient in <br />several areas, namely the lack of detail for the plantings for the typical unit and the <br />number of trees proposed.
