-438- Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION # RESOLUTION ENDING THE PROBATIONARY PERIOD FOR FULL-TIME PRINCIPAL PLANNER PATRICK TRUDGEON WHEREAS, Patrick Trudgeon was hired as a full-time Principal Planner for the City of Ramsey effective December 4, 2000, subject to a six-month probationary period; and WHEREAS, Mr. Trudgeon successfully completed his probationary period and his performance was documented by the Community Development Director; and WHEREAS, the Personnel Committee, at its June 26, 2000 meeting agreed with the staff recommendation to end the probationary period for the full-time Principal Planner, effective June 4, 2001. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the City Council of the City of Ramsey confirms the recommendation of the Personnel Committee to end the probationary period for full-time Principal Planner Patrick Trudgeon effective June 4, 2001. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: and the following abstained: and the following were absent: Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 26th day of June, 2001.
