The development property is adjacent to <br />property that is predominately surrounded by property that is zoned R-1 Single Family <br />Residential, with the exception of a parcel north of the development property that is zoned R-3 <br />Urban Residential, and a portion of the Flintwood Hills P.U.D. that is adjacent to the southeast <br />portion of the development property. The Lord of Life property lying on the no~st side of <br />Nowthen Blvd. is zoned B-l, Business and the SaVannah Oaks on the <br />eastern side of Dysprosium is zoned MR Multi-Family Residential. <br />Plan amendment may e required if the March 2001 Draft Comprehensix ,t adopted by <br />City Council by the time their proposal has completed all necessary plan <br />meets the 20% open space requirement for a Planned Unit <br />the landscaping plan as part of the site plan review ...... ~ changes to the <br />outlined in the Staff Review Letter dated June 1, 2001.
