As you know, bids <br />for this project were received approximately one year ago, and you were the successful low bidder for the <br />project. The City needs to know if you are still willing to proceed with the construction of the well house <br />based on your original bid. The construction time would be adjusted as follows: All work must be <br />complete by April 30, 2001. Work must be substantially complete by March 2, 2002. Substantial <br />completion is del'mod as start-up and operation of the new well pump. <br /> <br />The City needs to have your response by noon on August 10, 2001.
