-198- <br /> <br /> (1) NO person shall urespas~ in or upon any covered premises <br />of another and, wichou~ claim of right, refuse to depart tkerefrom <br />on demand o~ the property manager, or a tenant authorized to <br />exercise control over the covered premises or portion involved. <br /> (2) No person ~erved with a trespass no~ice in conformity <br />wi~h this Chapter shall enter in or upon =he premises described <br />therein during its effective period wi~hout the written permission <br />of the notice issuer, agent, or assign. <br /> (3) No person ~ha!l enter any public ~aci!ity, utility, or <br />grounds thereto, or any covered premises or portion thereof in <br />violaaion of conspicuously po~ted signs prohibiting or restricting <br />access ~heretc, including, bua not limited ~, =he following: "NO <br />T~a~passing", "Authorized Personnel 0nly"~ "Private", "Employee~ <br />Only", "Emergency Exit Only". <br /> <br /> 7-$06 ~ Any person violating any of the provisions <br />of this Chap~e~ is ~uil=y of a misdemeanor. <br /> <br />?-507 Additional Provisions. <br /> <br /> (1) No trespass notice shall be effective for more ~han <br />year. <br /> (2} All trespas~ notices issued pursuan= to this Chapter must <br />be properly served upon the person named therein as follows: <br /> <br />(a} Personal service documented by either a receipt <br />signed by the person to whom it wa~ issued or .an <br />a{fidavit of the issuer, O~ <br />(b} %f the person is a~e~ted or d~tained by a police <br />officer, the officer may pe~on&lly serve the notice on <br />beha%{ of the property manager o~ ~e~ant and document <br />service in the officer's offi~i&l police repor~ detailing <br />~he incident. <br /> <br /> 7-508 Seve~abilitv_~ If any section or portion of any section <br />of this Chapter is deemed invalid or unconstitutional by a Court Gf <br />competent jurisdiction, such invalidity or unconSt~tlona~z~y <br />shall no~ affect 5he validity of other sections or po~tions of <br />sections of this Chapter.
