In ercial district, City <br />Code restricts wall signs to a size equal to 15% of the b'~ ~ d a height not to exceed <br />the top of the building parapet. Blue Line Collision Ce~ ed 93 square feet of wall <br />signage for their 40' x 15.5' building fi.ont. Applicant is ng 133.5 square feet of wall <br />signage; which results in a 40.5 square 6~ The sign i~i:~O~propos/ng to exceed sign <br />height restrictions by 3 feet. The ' woul3~ ide screening around <br />mechanical equipment located on the roof 0f:.the Eine Collision Center is <br />proposing to remove an existing legal located on the roof of the <br />building and all existing wall, signag~: The Ap i'Ve to install a sigr~ in the form <br />of an awning that would eXt~fid ~h'~.~;:!~ngth ~fl ~ front and wrap around one side of the <br />building.
