Director Frolik stated there are 13 urban lots rather than 12 as mentioned in.~e Staff Repon, Community BBvel0pment Director Frolik stated that ~e City received an application 5om Oakwood Land Development for a subdivision to be named ~ver Pines 5~ Addition. The prope~y is located on the west side of T.H. ~47, i~ediately no~h of the existing Apple Ridge/River Pines neighborhood. The application proposes to subdivide and plat the prope~ into 13 single hmily residential lots with urban sPlices ~d an existing homestead that will continue to utilize an on-site septic system ~d well.
