Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #7: <br /> <br />Request for a Conditional Use Permit to Exceed Accessory Building Height <br />Restrictions; Case of JeffWelle <br /> <br />Principal Planner Trudgeon stated that the City received an application from Jeff Welle for a <br />conditional use permit to exceed the detached accessory building height restrictions established <br />in City Code on the property located at 15351 Ute Street NW. The subject property is <br />approximately 2.5 acres in size and is located within the MUSA. City Code restricts detached <br />buildings to 16 feet in height if the property is located within the MUSA area. The applicant is <br />requesting to construct a det~chpd accessory building that would be 27 feet in height, which <br />results in an 11-foot deviation fi:om~ , City Code. The detached accessory structure will be <br />constructed on a floati~g'coficrete~:~tab, will have 12 foot side walls, a 10/12 roof pitch, a 18 foot <br />by 10 foot overhead.d6or, and exterior wall materials will consist of tap vinyl siding that will <br />match the house exterib[.: The ag~esso~ building will closely match the height of the existing <br />attached garage. The appliganthas stated that the detached accessory building will be utilized for <br />personal storage.
