-60- <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Kurak, seconded by Councilmember Anderson, to adopt Resolution <br />#01-I 0-__ authorizing staff to submit the Comprehensive Plan Amendment to the Metropolitan <br />Council. <br /> <br />Further discussion: Councilmember Hendriksen inquired as to what would be included in the <br />amendment. Principal Planner Trudgeon reviewed the sketch plat identifying the area that would <br />be included in the Comprehensive Plan amendment. Councilmember Hendriksen inquired as to <br />how long the amendment process was. Mayor Gamec replied that the City has a 60-day reviewal <br />process. Councilmember Zimmennan inquired if the only area that would be included in the <br />Comprehensive Plan amendment would be on the property that Lord of Life owns. Principal <br />Planner Trudgeon replied yes. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Kurak, Anderson, Hendriksen, <br />and Zimmerman.
