PERSONNEL COMMITTEE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKACOUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey Personnel Committee conducted a regular meeting on Tuesday, November 13, 2001 <br />at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard NW, Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Mayor Thomas Gamec <br />Councilmember Susan E. Anderson <br />Councilmember Terry Hendriksen <br />Councilmember Patti Kurak <br />Councilmember Gerald Zimmerman <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />Human Resources Manger Rhonda Heryla <br />City Administrator James E. Norman <br />Finance Officer Diana Lund <br />Director of Public Works/Fire Chief Dean Kapler <br />Police Chief David Gustafson <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Chairperson Anderson called the regular meeting of the Personnel Committee to order at 6:41 <br />p.m. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />COMMITTEE BUSINESS <br /> <br />Case #1: Consider Ending Probationary Period of Patrol Officer <br /> <br />Human Resources Manager Heryla stated that Tim Frankfurth assumed the position of Patrol <br />Officer on November 1, 2000, and his one-year probationary period ended on November 1, 2001. <br />His performance has been reviewed by Sergeant Robert Kuhn and documented as satisfactory. <br />Based on the satisfactory one-year appraisal, staff recommended Mr. Frankfurth be retained as a <br />regular full-time employee effective November 1, 2001. <br /> <br />Motion by Mayor Gamec, seconded by Councilmember Hendriksen, to recommend that the City <br />Council adopt Resolution #01-11~~ ending probationary period for Patrol Officer Tim <br />Frankfurth and grant him the status of regular full-time employee effective November 1,2001. <br /> <br />Personnel Committee/November 13, 2001 <br /> Page 1 of 4 <br /> <br />-51- <br /> <br /> <br />
