Unfortunately, I will be out o~'town for the meeting and in my absence would 1/ko to <br />convey our understanding of the park and trail recommendation. <br /> <br />Assuming all approvals and cont~ued progress/on on this project On'in Thompson Homes agrees <br />to ~e recommendation as prepared by Mr. Mark Boos. Orrin Thompson Homes will dedicate <br />1.05 acres of land located in the southwest comer of the 14.08 acre Katnis site. The 1.05 acres is <br />approximately 280' North of the Sou'rhwest property comer, 135' East, 285' Southeast, and 195' <br />west back to point of begirming, as shown in sketch plan. In addition to'the land dedication Orrin <br />Thompson Homes will contribute $27,300 as a ca~ eonuSbution. I am also in agreement with <br />the trail fees, whereas, On-in Thompson Homes will contribute $325 per unit in which we will be <br />credited for any trail that is installed by us during construction. <br /> <br />We apprec/ate the opportunity to work with the Staff and Park Commission.
