10. NW Wetland - Sheet 80 shows a~ outlet pipe invert of 863.52. The normal water level
shown on the grading plan and in the model is 862.0

11. There is a pipe in the model between the WNW Wetland and the Existing Wetland, but
its not shown on the grading plan or the utility plan.

12. Figure 2
from the Stormwater Management Plan shows an outlet from the SE Pond to N77.
Should N77 be directed to the SE pond?

17.

The 100-year flood elevations shown on Table 2 of the Stormwater Management Plan do
not match the elevations shown on the grading plan. Also, add the flood elevation for
County Pond - C. ell 2 to Table 2.

18.

Table 3 of the Stormwater Management Plan indicates the total runoff volume from a
2.5" rainfall is 26.6 ac-ft and the dead storage provided is 34.5 ac-ft, however, two areas,
the SW Pond and the City Pond, do not meet NURP Standards individually. This will
have to be approved by the Lower Rum River Watershed Management Organization.

G:\ComDevXPROJECTS\Landuse\SUBDIVNZ\Town Centerkhakanson comments 8.7.03.doc

-305-
