-414- <br /> <br />Floodway/Flood Fringe Determinations in the General Flood Plain <br />District. In the Gbneral Flood Plain District, applicants shall provide the <br />information required in Section 9.22.06 Subd, 2 of the City Code to <br />determine the 100-year flood elevation, the Floodway and Flood Fringe <br />District boundaries and the Regulatory Flood Protection Elevation for the <br />subdivision site. <br /> <br />Removal of Special Flood Hazard Area Designation. The Federal <br />Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) has established criteria for <br />removing the special flood hazard area designation for certain structures <br />properly elevated on fill above the 100-year flood elevation. FEMA's <br />requirements incorporate specific fill cornpaction and side slope protection <br />standards for multi-structure or multi-lot developments. These standards <br />should be investigated prior to the initiation of site preparation if a change of <br />special flood hazard area designation will be requested. <br /> <br /> Subd. 9. Violations and Penalty. The platting, re-platting, subdividing, <br />conveyance of land or construction of a sewage disposal system not in accordance with the <br />requirements of this Section may be enforced by mandamus, injunction or any other annmnriate <br />remedy in any court of competent jurisdiction. 9.50.50 <br /> <br />9.50.31 <br /> <br />9.50.31 through 9.50.49 (reserved) <br /> <br />9.50.50 <br /> <br />Construction of Improvements <br /> <br /> Subdivision 1. General Conditions. As a condition of final plat approval <br />the Development Agreement shall make provision in the manner hereinafter set forth for the <br />installation, at the sole expense of the subdivider, of such improvements as shall be required by <br />the City, which improvements may include, but are not limited to items included in Subd. 2a, 1 <br />and 2. The installation of said improvements shall be in conformity with City approved <br />construction plans and specifications and all applicable City standards and code sections. <br /> <br />Subd. 2. Basic Improvements Required <br /> <br />Policy. It is hereby declared to be the policy of the City to, as soon as <br />practicable after approval of the proposed plat, require the installation of all <br />of the following improvements within the subdivision: <br /> <br />Stage I Improvements.
