-414- Floodway/Flood Fringe Determinations in the General Flood Plain District. In the Gbneral Flood Plain District, applicants shall provide the information required in Section 9.22.06 Subd, 2 of the City Code to determine the 100-year flood elevation, the Floodway and Flood Fringe District boundaries and the Regulatory Flood Protection Elevation for the subdivision site. Removal of Special Flood Hazard Area Designation. The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) has established criteria for removing the special flood hazard area designation for certain structures properly elevated on fill above the 100-year flood elevation. FEMA's requirements incorporate specific fill cornpaction and side slope protection standards for multi-structure or multi-lot developments. These standards should be investigated prior to the initiation of site preparation if a change of special flood hazard area designation will be requested. Subd. 9. Violations and Penalty. The platting, re-platting, subdividing, conveyance of land or construction of a sewage disposal system not in accordance with the requirements of this Section may be enforced by mandamus, injunction or any other annmnriate remedy in any court of competent jurisdiction. 9.50.50 9.50.31 9.50.31 through 9.50.49 (reserved) 9.50.50 Construction of Improvements Subdivision 1. General Conditions. As a condition of final plat approval the Development Agreement shall make provision in the manner hereinafter set forth for the installation, at the sole expense of the subdivider, of such improvements as shall be required by the City, which improvements may include, but are not limited to items included in Subd. 2a, 1 and 2. The installation of said improvements shall be in conformity with City approved construction plans and specifications and all applicable City standards and code sections. Subd. 2. Basic Improvements Required Policy. It is hereby declared to be the policy of the City to, as soon as practicable after approval of the proposed plat, require the installation of all of the following improvements within the subdivision: Stage I Improvements.
