Supervision. The installation of the above improvements shall be under the <br />control and supervision of the City Engineer who shall specify the manner <br />in which such installations shall be made. <br /> <br />Monuments. The owner or subdivider shall have placed and installed <br />survey monuments of a permanent character at all points as sho ......... ~'- <br /> 9.50.50 <br />final plat as required by the Engineer and County Surveyor. <br />States, state, county or other official bench marks, monuments or <br />triangulation stations in or adjacent to the property shall be preserved in <br />precise position. <br /> <br />Subd. 3. Basic Improvements Installed by Developer <br /> <br />go <br /> <br />General Rule. The developer shall not commence with improvements until <br />financial assurances are provided as contained in the development <br />agreement. <br /> <br />b. Stage I Impr6vements <br /> <br />Sanitary Sewer. Sanitary sewer mains and service connections <br />stubbed in to the property line shall be installed to serve all lots in the <br />Subdivision and other such properties served-by the subdivision sewer <br />main, when the location of such plat is within an area of the City <br />which is either being assessed for sanitary sewer service or for which <br />such service has been authorized by the Council. <br /> <br />Streets. Streets shall be constructed which are graded and paved in <br />accordance with specifications provided by the City. <br /> <br />Curb and Gutter. Concrete'curb and gutter shall be installed in those <br />subdivisions where sanitary sewer and water are required. <br /> <br />Storm Drainage. A system of drainage shall be provided that will <br />conform and implement (design and construct) the City's <br />comprehensive stormwater plan. <br /> <br />Water. Water mains and service connections stubbed in to the <br />property line shall be installed to serve all lots in the Subdivision and <br />other such properties served by the subdivision watermain when the <br />location of such plat is within an area o£the City which is either being <br />assessed for water service or for which such service has been <br />authorized by the Council. <br />Street Traffic Control Signals. If deemed necessary by the City <br />Engineer and Council, the owner or subdivider shall install street <br />traffic control signals.
