CITY OF RANSEY <br /> <br /> AGREEMENT TO GUARANTEE COMPLIANCE <br />WITH DEVELOPMENT CONDITIONS ESTABLISHED <br />BY THE CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> <br />This agreement, entered into this ~ day of ~~-r-y, 1984 <br />between Thomas R. Kurak and Pattiann K~rak, busband and wife, <br />hereinafter referred to as "Applicant", and the City of Ramsey, <br />hereinafter referred to as "City" . <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Code of Ramsey, Minnesota, pursuant to <br />Section ~pf said Code requires that no building permit will <br />be issued i~Jny property which does not have a minimum of 200 <br />feet of frontage on a public road; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Section of the City Code requires that each <br />building permit issued be ~or a separate parcel of record; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Applicant has requested a variance from the <br />above two provisions in order to construct a residence on an <br />approximate 60 acre tract of land on which approximate 60 acres <br />is already located another single family residence and which <br />approximate 60 acre tract does not have 200 feet of public road <br />frontage; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the said 60 acre tract of land is legally described <br />as follows, to-wit: <br /> <br />Part of Government Lots 2 and 3, Section 26, Township 32, <br />Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, described as follows: <br />Commencing at a point on the Southerly line of said <br />Government Lot 3, said point being 9 84.60 feet East of <br />Southwest corner thereof; thence Northerly parallel with West <br />line of said Government Lot 3 to intersection with the <br />Southerly right-of-way line of Sunfish Lake Drive; thence <br />Northeasterly along said right-of-way line 100 feet to the <br />actual point of beginning of land to be described; thence <br />Northwesterly at right angles to said right-of-way line 33 <br />feet to intersection with line "A", (Line A - Commencing at a <br />point on West line of said Government Lot 3, said point being <br />435.42 feet North of said Southwest corner thereof; thence on <br />a bearing of East and West 188.08 feet; thence South 87° 41' <br />10" East 284 feet; thence South 75° 46' 10" East 358 .75 <br />feet; thence North 39° 36' 20" East 1055.29 feet: thence <br />North 30° 28' 20" East 395 feet; thence North 716 30' 20" <br />West 547.33 feet, more or less, to the Shoreline of Sunfish <br />Lake; thence Northerly along said shoreline to the <br />intersection with the North line of said Government Lot 2 and <br />there terminating).
