Heryla to fill the <br />newly created position of Human Resources Manager at a beginning pay of approximately <br />$43,800 and not to exceed $45,000, contingent upon physical examination and implementation <br />of a one-year probationary period, with the understanding that if the salary range is not <br />negotiated within this range, the City Administrator will need to conduct a telephone poll of the <br />Council for further authorization; and to recommend Council authorize the City Administrator to <br />make a job offer to Kim Moore-Sykes to serve in the position of Assistant City Administrator at <br />the posted annual salary of $57,268, contingent upon physical examination and implementation <br />of a one-year probationary period. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Councilmembers Anderson and Connolly.
