Voting Yes: Mayor Pro tem Zimmerman, Councilmembers Cormolly, <br />Anderson, and Hendriksen. Voting No: None. Absent: Mayor Gamec. <br /> <br />2) City of Ramsey Capital Improvement/Capital Outlay Plan 2000-2004 <br /> <br />Finance Officer Lurid explained the Ramsey Capital Improvement/Capital Outlay Plan (CIP) for <br />the years 2000-2004 was tabled by the Personnel Committee and will be brought to a work <br />session. <br /> <br />No Council action required. <br /> <br />3) Review and Adopt 2000 Economic Development Authority Operating Budget <br /> <br />Finance Officer Lund advised the Finance Committee reviewed the 2000 Economic <br />Development Authority Operating Budget and recommend its adoption along with a resolution <br />amending the 1999 EDA activity. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Connolly, seconded by Councilmember Hendriksen, to adopt <br />Resolution #00-01-XXX Amending the 1999 Economic Development Authority Operating <br />Budget. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Absent: Mayor Gamec. <br /> <br />Case #14: Consider Quad Cities Cable Resolution <br /> <br />Councilmember Hendriksen advised the Governor is proposing changes along with Senator <br />Steve Kelley which would result in an adverse effect in the City's ability to continue as part of <br />the Quad Cities cable franchise. The attorney for Quad Cities Cable has drafted a sample <br />resolution for the Council's consideration.
