Recommendation: <br /> <br />'City Staff recommends adoption of the resolution to apply to Anoka County for the reallocation <br />of 1998 CDBG funds for an update of the Zoning and Subdivision Chapter ($45,000) and <br />housing rehabilitation ($18,988). <br /> <br />SeI~on of an altemate project for $39,000 in 2000 funds will be based on Council's discussion. <br />Keep m mind that you have to virtually prove that whatever you do, it will benefit a Iow to <br />moderate income neighborhood.
