The Committee expressed a preference for offering a uniform width of property to the property owners. Motion by Mayor Gamec, seconded by Councilmember Zimmerman, to ratify the action of the Public Works Committee regarding the land sale to Lord of Life Church and to direct staff to contact all potential Erkium Street residents adjacent to available surplus land to ascertain their degree of interest in purchasing property. Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Zimmerman, Anderson, Connolly, and Hendriksen. Voting No: None. 5) T.H. #47 STP Project Update (Improvement Project #98-14) City Engineer Jankowski stated that staff reported that monies for the remaining properties required for the project have been deposited with the Court and a Right-of-Way No. 1 Certificate has been transmitted to MnDOT. 6) Public Works Additional Property Acquisition Councilmember Zimmerman stated that Public Works staff is still looking to acquire additional property to facilitate issues such as salt/sand storage, outside inventory, etc. Staff was directed to look into financing options for the acquisition of additional property for Public Works. Motion by Mayor Gamec, seconded by Councilmember Hendriksen, to direct staff to research financing options for the acquisition of additional property for Public Works. Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Hendriksen, Anderson, Connolly, and Zimmerman. Voting No: None.
