The Committee expressed a preference for offering <br />a uniform width of property to the property owners. <br /> <br />Motion by Mayor Gamec, seconded by Councilmember Zimmerman, to ratify the action of the <br />Public Works Committee regarding the land sale to Lord of Life Church and to direct staff to <br />contact all potential Erkium Street residents adjacent to available surplus land to ascertain their <br />degree of interest in purchasing property. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Zimmerman, Anderson, <br />Connolly, and Hendriksen. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />5) T.H. #47 STP Project Update (Improvement Project #98-14) <br /> <br />City Engineer Jankowski stated that staff reported that monies for the remaining properties <br />required for the project have been deposited with the Court and a Right-of-Way No. 1 Certificate <br />has been transmitted to MnDOT. <br /> <br />6) Public Works Additional Property Acquisition <br /> <br />Councilmember Zimmerman stated that Public Works staff is still looking to acquire additional <br />property to facilitate issues such as salt/sand storage, outside inventory, etc. Staff was directed to <br />look into financing options for the acquisition of additional property for Public Works. <br /> <br />Motion by Mayor Gamec, seconded by Councilmember Hendriksen, to direct staff to research <br />financing options for the acquisition of additional property for Public Works. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Hendriksen, Anderson, Connolly, <br />and Zimmerman.
