Voting Yes: Chairperson Anderson, Commissioners Johnson, Kociscak, <br />Dempsey, and Wivoda. Voting No: None. Absent: CommissionerNixt. <br /> <br />Case/43: Request for Rezoning of Millard Ponds; Case of Bulow, Inc. <br /> <br />chairperson Anderson stated the public heatings for Case #3 and/b4 have been closed, and stated <br />he would like to discuss both items at one time. <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />City Planner Rasmussen explained that Chris Bulow is requesting a rezoning of property <br />proposed to be platted as Mallard Ponds to facilitate the development of detached townhomes, <br />twinhomes and a future apartment complex.
