-214- <br /> <br />Councilmember Zhnmerman inquired as to what has been the standard for curbing <br />existing parking areas. <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec suggested approving the site plan with an appropriate time line to <br />complete the curbing of the existing parking area. <br /> <br />CiW Administrator Norman stated that a developer that has acquired the adjacent property <br />and talks have begun between the Boilermakers property owner and the developer, but <br />was not sure of where those talks are. <br /> <br />Councilmember Hendriksen stated that he has some questions that the applicant should <br />answer and would like an update on the discussions between the developer and the <br />property owner. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Hendriksen, seconded by Councilmember Anderson, to table <br />action for further information. <br /> <br />Further discussion: Councilmember Zimmerman suggested requiring the property owner <br />to escrow funds to assure that the curbing will be installed on the existing parking area <br />within a time frame to be determined. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Hendriksen, Anderson, <br />ConnoLly, Zimmerman.
