CITY OF RAMSEY <br />DEVELOPMENT PER,lIT <br />BOILERMAI~RS # 647 <br /> <br />On August 8, 2000, Site Plan approval was wanted by the City of Rarnsey ("City") to <br />Boilermakers #647, a trax exempt union ("Permit-tee") to construct a 2,016 square foot onto the <br />e,'dsting building ("Structures") on the property which is legally described as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 1, Block 1, Ramsey Commercial Park, 2"d addition, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />the ("Site"). <br /> <br />This approval is issued pursuant to §9.03.06 of the City Code. The conditions of this approval <br />are as follows: <br /> <br />STRUCTURE. Ali building plans must be prepared and certified by a registered <br />engineer or architect. <br /> <br />STATE BUILDING CODE COMPLIANCE. The structures shall be constructed in <br />accordance with the requirements of the State Building Code. <br /> <br />SITE PLAN COMPLIANCE. The structures shall be sited and constructed on the Site <br />as shown on the Site Plan prepared by Abendroth, Rego & Youngquist Architects, <br />Inc.dated May 15, 2000, revision date July 26, 2000 and ,2000. <br /> <br />SITE PREPARATION. All site grading and drainage shall be subject to approval by <br />the City Engineer. <br /> <br />REQUIRED IMPROVENLENTS. The Permirtee shall construct a_nd install the <br />following site improvements on the Site in accordance with the specifications and <br />location as shown on the Site Plan. The Required Improvements a.re as follows: <br /> <br />ao <br /> <br />bo <br /> <br />do <br /> <br />Site grading in accordance with the approved Grading Plan prepared by <br />Abendroth, Rego & ¥oungquist Architects, Inc. dated May 15, 2000, revision <br />date July 26, 2000 and ,2000. <br />Installation of bituminous driveways, parking lots and maneuvering areas. <br />Installation of B-612 continuous concrete curbing on the north side of the parking <br />area. <br />Establishment of turf in areas disturbed during construction. <br />Landscaping in accordance with the Site/LandsC~aping Plan prepared by <br />Abendroth, Rego & Youngquist Architects, Inc. dated May 15, 2000, revision <br />date July 26, 2000 and ,2000. <br /> <br />-215- <br /> <br /> <br />
