Meeting for final presentation. <br /> <br />FEASIBILITY STUDY PHASE II FINAL REPORT <br /> <br />'· Survey results <br /> · Focus group summary <br /> · Final pro~amrecommendations <br /> · Project capital cost estimate <br /> <br />Project deliverables will include 20 copies (10 each) of a final report including the <br />information hsted above. <br /> <br />We are available to begin the Phase H study process immediately and look forward to <br />working with you on this exciting project. <br /> <br />COMPENSATION <br /> <br />Compensation for Phase II Feasibility Study shall be a lump sum of Twenty-One <br />Thousand Dollars ($21,000). Reimbursable expenses are in addition to fees and include <br />two (2) trips for Ken Ballard to the twin cities area, the cost of reproduction, long <br />distance telephone calls, and necessary courier services. Ken Ballard's travel expenses <br />will be billed at cost; all other reimbursable expenses will be billed at One and One Tenth <br />(1.1) times the cost to BWBR. Total reimbursable expenses are estimated at Three <br />Thousand Seven Hundred Sixty Dollars ($3,760). <br /> <br />This Agreement may be terminated by either party upon seven (7) days written notice. In <br />the event of termination, BWBR shall be compensated for all services performed prior to <br />the termination date, together with reimbursable expenses. <br /> <br />Because of factors beyond the control of BWBR and the Owner, actual bids and <br />negotiated construction costs may vary from such estimates of construction cost which <br />we may prepare as a part of this study.
