-216- <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> DEVELOPMENT PERMIT <br />M & W HOLDING COMPANY <br /> <br />On November 28, 2000, Site Plan approval was granted by the City of Ramsey ("City") to M&V¢ <br />Holding Company, a Minnesota corporation, ("Permittee") to construct a 3,200 square foot retail <br />building ("Structures") on the property which is legally described as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 2, Block 1, Hauser Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />the ("Site"). <br /> <br />This approval is issued pursuant to §9.03.06 of the City Code. The conditions of this approval <br />are as follows: <br /> <br />STRUCTURE. All building plans must be prepared and certified by a registered <br />engineer or architect. <br /> <br />STATE BUILDING CODE COMPLIANCE. The structures shall be constructed in <br />accordance with the requirements of the State Building Code. <br /> <br />SITE PLAN COMPLIANCE. The structures shall be sited and constructed on the Site <br />as shown' on the Site Plan prepared by Mark WentzeI1, AIA, revised <br /> <br />SITE PREPARATION. All site grading and drainage shall be subject to approval by <br />the City Engineer. <br /> <br />REQUIRED IMPROVEMENTS. The Permit-tee shall construct and install the <br />following site improvements on the Site in accordance with the specifications and <br />location as shown on the Site Plan. The Required Improvements are as follows: <br /> <br />Site grading in accordance with the approved Grading Plan prepared by Mark <br />Wentzell, A.IA, revised <br />Installation of bituminous driveways, partdng lots and maneuvering areas. <br />Installation of B-6/12 continuous concrete curbing around the perimeter of all <br />bituminous surfaces. <br />Establishment of turf in areas disturbed during construction. <br />Landscaping in accordance with the Landscape' Plan prepared by' Mark WentzelI, <br />AIA. <br /> <br />("Required Improvements) <br /> <br />STORMWATER MANAGEMENT FEE. The CITY has enacted a Stormwater <br />Management 'Fee in the amount of Three Thousand Six Hundred Fifty Eight Dollars <br />($3,658.00) per commercial acre.
