-216- CITY OF RAMSEY DEVELOPMENT PERMIT M & W HOLDING COMPANY On November 28, 2000, Site Plan approval was granted by the City of Ramsey ("City") to M&V¢ Holding Company, a Minnesota corporation, ("Permittee") to construct a 3,200 square foot retail building ("Structures") on the property which is legally described as follows: Lot 2, Block 1, Hauser Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota the ("Site"). This approval is issued pursuant to §9.03.06 of the City Code. The conditions of this approval are as follows: STRUCTURE. All building plans must be prepared and certified by a registered engineer or architect. STATE BUILDING CODE COMPLIANCE. The structures shall be constructed in accordance with the requirements of the State Building Code. SITE PLAN COMPLIANCE. The structures shall be sited and constructed on the Site as shown' on the Site Plan prepared by Mark WentzeI1, AIA, revised SITE PREPARATION. All site grading and drainage shall be subject to approval by the City Engineer. REQUIRED IMPROVEMENTS. The Permit-tee shall construct and install the following site improvements on the Site in accordance with the specifications and location as shown on the Site Plan. The Required Improvements are as follows: Site grading in accordance with the approved Grading Plan prepared by Mark Wentzell, A.IA, revised Installation of bituminous driveways, partdng lots and maneuvering areas. Installation of B-6/12 continuous concrete curbing around the perimeter of all bituminous surfaces. Establishment of turf in areas disturbed during construction. Landscaping in accordance with the Landscape' Plan prepared by' Mark WentzelI, AIA. ("Required Improvements) STORMWATER MANAGEMENT FEE. The CITY has enacted a Stormwater Management 'Fee in the amount of Three Thousand Six Hundred Fifty Eight Dollars ($3,658.00) per commercial acre.
