The center median of Xkimo Street will be extended at the developers expense to ensure that this access will allow only ingress movements. Staff recommends a small design change from that proposed, by extending the westerly curb of this access in a straight line to the curb of Xkimo Street, rather than as a long radius curve as proposed. T~is small change'will provide a greater buffer distance between pedestrians and vehicles. Signage: The site plan includes canopy elevations and a signange sheet (A3). The City will review the proposed signage when a sign permit application has 'been submitted and the applicable fees have been paid. Storm Water-Management Fee: The City has enacted a Stormwater Management Fee and the current rate is Three Thousand Six Hundred Fifty Eight Dollars ($3,658.00) per commercial acre. The amount of Stormwater Management Fee due On the 1.40-acre parcel is five thousand one hundred and twenty one dollars ($5,121). A cash payment will be required prior to the City issuing a Building Permit. REU Number: The City has assigned the property a Residential Equivalent Unit (REU-) number of 5.31. The quarterly drainage utility charge will be $133.81 ($25.20 x 5.31). The Planning Commission will be meeting at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 5, 2000, at Ramsey City Hall, to review the proposed site plan.
