-302- <br /> <br />Councilmember <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION #00-12-XXX <br /> <br />REsOLUTON APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND ADVERTISEMENT <br />FOR BID ON IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #00-26, COUNTY DITCH NO. 43 <br />CLEANING <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of RamseY is obligated to construct a diteh block as a condition of <br />the construction of Sunwood Drive between County Road 5 (Nowthen Boulevard) and County ' <br />Road 57 (Sunfish Lake Boulevard); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has author/zed this project as an element of the 2000 <br />Capital Improvement Project; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, plans and specifications for improvement project #00-26 have been <br />prepared by John Oliver & Associates, Inc.; and '- ' <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That such contract documents and specifications, a copy of which is attached hereto, and <br /> made part of are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2) That such publishing of the advertisement for bid for IP#00-26 is hereby approved. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duty seconded by Councilmember <br /> ., and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof.' <br /> <br />and the following Voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />this the 12th day of December, 2000. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />City Administrator <br /> <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> <br /> I <br />! <br /> I <br /> <br />I <br />I' <br /> <br />i <br />I <br /> <br /> <br />
