-326- Councilrnember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION # RESOLUTION ENDING THE PROBATIONARY PERIOD FOR FULL-TIME PUBLIC WORKS SECRETARY'TARA OLSON WHEREAS, Tara Olson was hired as a full-time Public Works Secretary for the City of Ramsey effective June 13, 2000, subject to a siX-month probationary period; and WHEREAS, Ms. Olson successfully completed her probationary period and her performance was documented by the Public Works Director and supervisory staff; and WHEREAS, the Persmmel Committee, at its December 12, 2000 meeting agreed with the staff recommendation to end the probationary period for full-time Public Works Secretary, effective December 13, 2000. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the City Council of the City of Ramsey confirms the recommendation of the Persormel Committee to end the probationary period for full-time Public Works Secretary Tara Olson effective December 13, 2000. The motion for the adoPtion of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: and the following abstained: and the following were absent: Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 12th day of December, 2000.
