AMENDMENT <br /> <br />Section 9.50.'30 ('Subdivision Design Standards), Subdivision 7 (Park and Open Space <br />Dedication) shall be amended to include the following text: <br /> <br />Application to No Subdivision. A developer of a commercial, industrial or <br />residential development for wh/ch no subdivision of property is required shall <br />comply with the park dedication and trail development fee requirements of this <br />Chapter as Lf a subdivision were required pr/or to receiving any building perrrdt. <br /> <br />SECTION 2.
