S, the City of RamSey is Obligated to construct a ditch block as a condition of <br />the construction of Sunwood Drive between County Road 5 (Nova:hen Boulevard) and County <br />Road 57 (Sunfish Lake Boulevard); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has authorized this project as an element of the 2000 <br />Capital Improvement Project; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, plans and specifications for improvement project #00-26 have been <br />prepared by John Oliver & Associates, Inc.; and '- <br /> <br />NOW THEREFOI:LE, BE I'T RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />tL~iSEY, ANOK.& COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That such contract documents and specifications, a copy of which is attached hereto, and <br /> made part of are hereby approved. .. <br /> <br />2) That such publishing of the advertisement for bid for [P#00-26 is hereby approved] <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof.' <br /> <br />and the following voted gg.'jinst the same: "~--' <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />this the 12th day of December, 2000. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />City Administrator <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />i <br /> <br /> <br />
