ORDINANCE NO. 00- CITY OF R&MSEY ANOIC& COUNTY, MINNESOTA .KIN' ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING TEE SALE OF CERTAiN CITY OWNTD PROPERTY LOCATED iN THE CITY OF RAMSEY. The City of Ramsey OrdainS: SECTION 1. PURPOSE It is the purpose of this Ordinance to attthorize the City to sell certain real property which property the City Council has determined is no longer necessary for the City's purposes. This chapter is adopted pursuant to and under the authority of Section i2.05 of the City Charter. SECTION 2. SALE AUTHORiZATION The City CounciI hereby declares the following legally described real property owned by the City, as surplus property and hereby authorizes sale of ail or a parr of said property. Said property is legally described as follows: That part of Outlot A, FERRUM SECOND ADD['~ION, according to the duly recorded plat thereof, lying westerly of the following described line: Commencing at the southwest comer o£said Outlot A; thence North 00 degrees 55 minutes 21 seconds West along the West line of said Outlot A, a distance of l I 1.01 feet to the point of beginning; thence northerly along a non-tangential curve concave to the west, having a radius of 712.00 feet and a central angle of 12 degrees 10 minutes t3 seconds, a distance of 15 i.24 feet. The chord of said cra'ye bears Nmxh 05 degrees 09 minutes 45 seconds East; thence North 00 degrees 55 minutes 21 seconds West, tangent to said curve, a distance of 306.26 feet to North line of said Outlot A, and there terminating. SECTION 3. TERMS OF SALE The City Council has by a properly enacted resolution determined the consideration and terms upon which the above described property may:be sold. SECTION 4. EFFECTIVE DATE This Ordinance becomes effective Upon its passage and tkirty (30) days after its publication according to law, subject to City Charter Provision, Section 5.04.
