Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Anderson, seconded by Councilmember Connolly, to approve the <br />Cobey's request for a conditional use permit to maintain four adult dogs at 9340 Highway #10 <br />NW, Ramsey, based on the findings of fact, and adopt Resolution #99-11-213 declaring terms of <br />same. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #2: <br /> <br />Adopt Ordinances to Amend Chapter 5 (Animals and Fowl; Dog <br />Regulations) and Chapter 9 (Zoning and subdivision of Land; Definitions) of <br />the Ramsey City Code <br /> <br />Planning Consultant Scazlo stated that the Ramsey City Code currently restricts the number of <br />adult dogs allowed to two on a single parcel of land without a special permit f. ,m the City. To <br />have more than two adult dogs (more than six months of age) on a parcel requires a conditional <br />use permit. On April 27, 1999, the City Council expressed concern with increasing the number <br />of permitted dogs to three.
