Print resources <br />include Metropolitan Council policy information as well as research. <br />The Metropolitan Council's Community Development Division staff is http: / /www.metrocouncil.orq /plan <br />committed to helping local planners directly. Staff members can ninq /assistance /staff.htm <br />provide such information as Geographic Information System (GIS) <br />maps, forecasts and demographic data, names of local planning <br />consultants and excerpts from other local comprehensive plans. <br />The municipality's assigned Metropolitan Council sector <br />representative can direct local planners to appropriate staff and print <br />resources. Technical staff with expertise in specific areas may also <br />be reached directly.
