Minnesota $5101 (,51.222.37~1 '..tx ,51.222 x,~t,I As you requested, we have prepared this detailed proposal for services to assist you in the first step of market analysis and feasibility study relative to a community center, to be tentatively jointly owned and operated by the cities of Andover, Anoka, and Ramsey, Minnesota. This proposal includes the services of BWBR Architects and Ballard*King and Associates. As. you requested, we have expanded the project scope to include marketability analysis for each of the individual cities. As a point of. clarification, BWBR will be responsible for overall coordination and management of services to be provided for this study· BWBR will also have primary responsibility in the areas of site analysis, facility component programming, and preliminary estimates of capital costs. Ballard*King and Associates will have primary responsibility, working through BWBR, for market analysis and preliminary estimates of operating expenses and revenues.
