Councilmember <br />moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #99-04- <br /> <br />RESOLTUION ENDING THE PROBATIONARY PERIOD FOR <br />ACCOUNTING CLERK DEBORAH (DEB) HANSON <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Deborah (Deb) Hanson began employment at the City of Ramsey <br />on September 28, 1998, as an Accounting Clerk; and <br /> <br /> WltEREAS, Ms. Hanson's supervisors have provided .o. satisfactory employee <br />performance appraisal for Deb Hanson, and recommended retaining Ms. Hanson at the <br />City of Ramsey as a regular full-time employee, effective March 28, 1999; and <br /> <br /> WltEREAS, the Personnel Committee, at its Apr/1 12, 1999 meeting agreed with <br />the recommendation to retain Deb Hanson as a regular, full-time employee, effective <br />March 28, 1999. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the City Council o f the City of Ramsey confirms the recommendation of the <br />Personnel Committee to end the probationary period for Deborah (Deb) Hanson <br />and change her status to a regular, full-time employee, effective March 28, 1999. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded y <br />Councilmember , upon vote being taken <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />And the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />And the following abstained: <br /> <br />And the following were absent: <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City <br />Council this the 12th day of April 1999. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />City Administrator <br /> <br /> <br />
