Councilmember <br />adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #99-05- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE APPOINTMENT OF JOYCE PRUITT <br />HOTTINGER AS DEPUTY CITY ADMINISTRATOR. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, in absence of the City Administrator, formal documents and other <br />activities may require immediate action; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it is necessary to designate a Deputy City Administrator to serve as <br />a "back up" during periods where the City Administrator is unavailable. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That Administrative Services Manager Joyce Pruitt Hottinger be appointed <br />Deputy Administrator, effective May 25, 1999. <br /> <br />The motion for the <br />Councilmember <br />favor thereof: <br /> <br />adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br /> , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City <br />Council this the 25th days of May, 1999. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />City Administrator <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br /> <br />
