Professional Team Resources <br />Organization I. <br />Bill Weber could call on any of these sub -consultants for assistance if <br />necessary and approved by the City. <br />Form -Based Zoning <br />Suzanne Rhees, AICP <br />Suzanne Rhees has more than 20 years experience in community and <br />neighborhood planning and zoning with a particular emphasis on community <br />character and traditional urbanism. She has taken a lead role in bringing <br />form -based zoning concepts to Minnesota through projects such as the <br />Capitol Area Zoning Rules and the City of Roseville Zoning Ordinance <br />Update. Suzanne has also led or played a key role in a variety of large code <br />updates, including zoning ordinance rewrites for the Cities of Madison and <br />Green Bay, Wisconsin; for Rice and Washington Counties, Minnesota; and <br />the Linn County, Iowa, Unified Development Code.
