SECTION 6: PROCESS AND SERVICES <br />Track and manage all land use applications to ensure the City is always <br />in compliance with state mandated deadlines for application review. This <br />includes the coordination of reviews by internal staff, other consultants and <br />outside governmental agencies. <br />Attend meetings as directed by the City to present our reports and <br />recommendations. <br />Be available to knowledgeably answer questions that arise during the review. <br />Attend staff meetings as requested to provide a planning perspective on current <br />issues and to receive direction on needed services. <br />Write or amend City codes as needed to implement necessary regulations to <br />ensure the City continues to build towards its vision. <br />Manage code enforcement activities by conducting investigations as directed, <br />tracking complaints from beginning to end, and rectifying identified non <br />conformities through an orderly and consistent process. <br />Provide administrative support to Commissions and Councils, and recommend <br />new policies or procedures to proactively address future concerns. <br />Represent the City in a friendly, respectful, and efficient manner, and make <br />reasonable estimates on the cost of requested services. <br />Provide detailed maps and graphics as needed utilizing our Geographical <br />Information System (GIS) and other professional graphics software. <br />Maintain detailed records of projects and service time to ensure that costs <br />and fees are accurately assessed. <br />I have been very pleased with MFRA's planning <br />services for the City of Tonka Bay.
