Precinct 4: The area bounded on the north by the northern City limits, on the west by the western City limits, on the east by CR #83, and on the south by 153rd Avenue. Precinct 5: The area bounded on the east by CR #56, extended south to the Mississippi River, on the south by the Mississippi River, on the west by the western City limits. The northerly boundary commences at Highway #10 and the westerly City limits, southeasterly to the intersection of 153ra Avenue, then easterly on 153rd Avenue to CR #83, then north along CR #83 to 161st Avenue, then east on 161~t Avenue to Variolite Street, then south on Variolite Street to 155~h Avenue, then east on 155t~ Avenue to CR #56. Precinct 6: The area bounded on the south by the Mississippi River, on the west by CR #56 and its extension southward to the Mississippi River, and on the east by CR #57 and its extension south to the Mississippi River and on the north by CSAH #5. Precinct 7: The area bounded by CSAH. #5 on the north and east, on the south by the City limits with the City of Anoka and the Mississippi River, and on the west by CR #57 and its extension southward to the Mississippi River. Precinct 8: The area bounded by the Rum River on the east, on the south by the City limits with the City of Anoka, and on the west beginning at the intersection of the southern City limits and TH #47, then northwesterly along TH #47 to its intersection with CSAH 5, then northwesterly along CSAH #5 to 153rd Avenue, then easterly along 153rd Avenue to Roanoke Street, then northerly along Roanoke Street and its northerly extension to the Rum River.
