Councilmember ~introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #99-11- RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #99-67 (STORM SEWER TO THE MISSISSIPPI RIVER STORMWATER SUBDRAINAGE DISTRICT NO. I) WHEREAS, pursuant to a motion of the Ramsey City Council, adopted September 28, 1999, a report has been prepared by Steve Jankowski, City Engineer, with reference to Improvement Project #99-67 (Storm Sewer to the Mississippi River Stormwater Subdrainage District No. 1); and WHEREAS, the report was received by the Ramsey City Council on November 9, 1999, which indicates the total project cost to be NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the Ramsey City Council will consider the improvement of storm sewer to the Mississippi River Storrnwater Subdrainage District No. 1 in accordance with the report and pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 444. 2) That a public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 14th day of December, 1999 in the Council Chambers of the Ramsey Municipal Center at 7:00 p.m. and the City Administrator shall give mailed and published notice of such hear/ng and improvement as required by law. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolu{ion was duly seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: and the following abstained: and the following were absent: whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 9th day of November, 1999.
