Motion by Member Haas Steffen and seconded by Member Hardin to direct staff to contact <br />Connexus and determine whether they want to continue a relationship and under what <br />circumstances, and also notify them that Ramsey is researching other possibilities. <br /> <br />Further Discussion: Member Hardin suggested talking with Welsh Companies and Toole Real <br />Estate to get ideas. Mr. Norman also suggested EDAM, and Member Haas Steffen suggested <br />contacting the League of Minnesota Cities and DTED. <br /> <br />EDAINPUT <br /> <br />1) Feasibility Study of Golf Course <br />Member Haas Steffen mentioned that Council is agreeing to perform a feasibility study for a golf <br />course, and she believes that the EDA should be involved in the process. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Member Wagner and seconded by Member Hardin to adjourn the meeting. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
