BASS LAKE SHELTER RENTAL POLICY The Bass Lake shelter building is operated by the City of Plymouth and may be scheduled for use on a rental basis by community residents, civic organizations and private groups. Certain policies are needed to ensure the proper use and control of the facility, so that all people may equally enjoy it. Rest,ns must be made as far in advance as possible, but at le~t five days prior to usage. The room is rated for an occupancy of 65 and is available seven days a week from 7 a.m. until 10 p.m,, pending ava/lability A minimal number oftable~ and chairs m-e available. if you need more, il: is your responsibility to provide them. ~ are no kitchen facilities. The shelter is a smoke-free building, and no alcohol is permitted. Fees for Use Non-profit Plymouth groul~, i.e,, homeowner associations, neighborhood watch groups, boy/g~rl scouts, etc., may use ~ facility at no charge,' but must pay a $25 key deposit at the time you pick up the key. Private Plymouth parties will be ebro-ged a rcmtal rate of $20thour with a $100 damage deposit (indude~ the key depos/0. The minimum reatal period is one hour.
