RAMSEY FIRE DEPARTMENT <br /> BODY SPECIFICATIONS <br /> <br />Rear Tail Lights <br />REAR TAIL LIGHTS <br /> <br />One (1) 3 light rear tail light cluster furnished and installed in a polished bezel at the rear of the <br />apparatus, one each side <br /> <br />The cluster shall consist of the following: <br />1 - Red brake light <br />1 - Clear backup/work light <br />1 - Amber turn signal light with silhouette arrow <br /> <br />Clearance Lights and Side Turn Sienals <br />CLEARANCE LIGHTS AND SIDE TURN SIGNALS <br /> <br />There shall be one amber sealed beam turn signal light furnished and recess mounted in a <br />polished aluminum bezel or equivalent mounted ahead of the rear axle on each side and <br />connected to turn signals. <br /> <br />There shall be five sealed beam clearance lights on the rear of the apparatus and one on each side <br />recess mounted in polished aluminum bezels (Cast Products Model: C35100) or equivalent to <br />comply with D.O.T. FMVSS108 regulations. Make: Truck-lite <br /> <br />12 Volt Pump Compartment Lights <br />PUMP COMPARTMENT LIGHTING <br /> <br />There shall be two 12 voltlights in the pump compartment. Both lights shall be activated upon <br />opening a pump access door. <br /> <br />Door Open Switches - Flush Doors <br /> <br />DOOR OPEN SWITCHES <br /> <br />The switch to activate the "Door Open" electrical circuit shall be of magnetic style. The switch <br />shall be a hermetically sealed reed switch rated to 10,000 cycles. The reed shall be potted in the <br />contract housing with polyurethane. The contact and magnetic housing shall snap-lock in the <br />body material. The housings shall be molded of ABS plastic with fire retardant. The magnet <br />shall be made ofAlinco V.
