Preliminary Plat Review: North_fork Itasca Point <br />March 31, 1999 <br />Page 3 of 3 <br /> <br />i0. <br /> <br />11. <br /> <br />Park Trail Development Fee: The City has also enacted a trail development fee at a <br />rate of $150.00 per lot. Payment of this fee would be required prior to release of the plat <br />for recording at the County. <br /> <br />Tree Preservation and Planting Plan: The developer must submit a Landscape Plan as <br />an addendum to the Preliminary Plat. This plan should identify existing tree growth that <br />will be preserved during construction and the new planting of one 2-inch diameter tree, of <br />an approved species, in the front yard of each lot. The developer should contact Parks <br />and Utilities Supervisor Mark Boos at 427-8254 to make arrangements for the submittal <br />of the required Landscape Plan. No grading will be allowed until this requirement is <br />fulfilled. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission will be meeting at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, April 6, 1999 to consider <br />your request for preliminary plat approval of Norttffork Itasca Point. It is important that you, or <br />your representative, be present at the meeting to answer any questions that may arise. For your <br />information, a copy of the case cover sheet is enclosed.
