9.20.22 <br /> <br />B-2 Business District <br /> <br /> Subdivision 1. Intent. To accommodate certain restricted business uses to <br />act as a transition between intense nonresidential districts and residential districts. These uses <br />are to provide services and goods only for the surrounding neighborhoods and are not intended to <br />draw customers from the entire City. <br /> <br /> Subd. 2. Permitted Uses (Subject to general requirements and performance <br />standards as specified by this chapter.) <br /> <br />ho <br /> <br />Offices and banks. <br />Personal and professional services. <br />Medical clinics. <br />Barber shops. <br />Beauty parlors. <br />Laundromat, self-service washing and drying. <br />Convenience grocery and/or food operations, may include convenience gas <br />(no vehicle service or repair). Furthermore, that the enclosed area devoted <br />to convenience/deli food activity shall not exceed 20% of the gross floor <br />area. <br />Retail and service activities that do not include outside sales, rental, storage <br />or service. <br />Day care centers. <br />Public Uses <br />Other uses may be permitted upon obtaining a conditional use permit. <br /> <br /> Subd. 3. <br />B-2 District: <br /> <br />Accessory Uses. The following are permitted accessory uses in a <br /> <br />Commercial or business buildings and structures for a use accessory to the <br />principal use but such use shall not exceed 30% of the gross floor space of <br />the principal use. <br /> <br />Off-street parking as regulated by this chapter, but not including semi-~ailer <br />trucks. <br /> <br />c.
